Day 1: Cape Town
Arrive at any time. Consider booking pre-tour accommodation if you'd like to see all of the popular sights in the area.

Arrival Day and Welcome Meeting: 1h. The adventure begins tonight. Feel free to explore before your welcome meeting, but make sure you’re back in time to meet the group. After introductions, your CEO will review the details of your tour. Please note that normal check-in times apply at our start hotels, but you can usually store your luggage for the day if you arrive early.

- Wine Tour and Tasting
1150ZAR per person. Take a day trip into the wine lands of South Africa with an expert guide. Visit iconic estates and lesser-visited farms only known to locals, in areas such as Stellenbosch and Paarl. Indulge in tastings and pairings with cheeses, chocolate, and local delicacies such as Biltong (salted meat). Walk through vineyards and cellars for an all encompassing look at wine production, and learn about the history of this region. Gesondheid!

- Boulders Beach Visit
75ZAR per person. Visit Boulders Beach, a beautiful sandy beach dotted with massive granite boulders. Since 1982 it has been the home of over 3,000 tunnel nesting African Black footed penguins who cling to viability in a small breeding colony that is heavily protected.

- Two Oceans Aquarium
175ZAR per person. Stay dry while exploring the incredible diversity of marine life that dwells in and around the Indian and Atlantic Oceans.

Day 2: Cape Town
Enjoy an included hike to the top of Table Mountain, taking in the views of the city bowl, peninsula, and Robben Island. In the evening have dinner at the Waterfront, or one of the great restaurants in the city.

2h-4h, 4-6km. Hike up one of the world's most recognizable mountains, Table Mountain. Rise early to meet your guide for a transfer to the start of the hike. Wind your way up the mountain, stopping regularly to take in the surrounding views of the city, Atlantic coast, and Table Bay. Take note of the changing vegetation on the mountain - a highlight of this trek. Once reaching the summit there are stunning panoramic views. Make your way down to the base of the mountain via the cable way. Ascent: 700m (2,297 ft)

Day 3: Cape Town/Oudtshoorn
Travel into the Klein Karoo on the famous Route 62. Opt to enjoy a wine tasting along the way.

Day 4: Oudtshoorn/Stormsrivier
Before leaving Oudtshoorn, opt to explore the Cango Caves or visit an ostrich farm. Cross over the Outeniqua Mountains into the Garden Route. Stop at the Bloukrans Bridge for those brave enough to try the bungee jump, and arrive in the forest village of Stormsrivier for the night.

110ZAR per person. Tour the fascinating Cango Caves with their subterranean dripstone caverns and towering formations. They're beautiful and otherworldly.

Day 5: Tsitsikamma National Park
Set out on an included hike along the famous Otter Trail, inside the Tsitsikamma National Park. This beautiful coastal trail passes the picturesque suspension bridges, and visits breathtaking waterfalls.
In the afternoon opt to explore the forest canopy, with a tree top trekking tour.

We include the entry fee to Tsitsikamma National Park — now it's your turn to get out and explore it. Be sure to check out the beautiful hiking trails and suspension bridge.

- Hiking the Otter Trail
Lace up and hike the first 6km of the scenic Otter Trail. Follow the shoreline until you come to the waterfall, and return along the same path. Opt to jump in to the pool at the base of the falls for a swim.

Optional Activities:
- Tree Canopy Tour
600ZAR per person. Venture into the magnificent Tsitsikamma indigenous rainforest. Take a ride along canopies connected by giant Outeniqua Yellowwood trees that are up to 700 years old.

- Tsitsikamma Woodcutters Journey
300ZAR per person. Enjoy a tractor-trailer ride down the river pass and enjoy the beauty of the indigenous forest.

- Kayaking
500ZAR per person. Opt to rent a kayak or take a guided tour to explore deeper into the gorge. Bottomless pools, deep caves, and quiet forests await.

- Mountain Biking
Follow the 22km long trail through the Storms River pass. Enjoy great views of the indigenous forest and gorge along the way. Bring your bathing suit for an opportunity to swim at the Old Storms River Bridge.

Day 6: Addo Elephant National Park
Enjoy a wildlife safari drive in our vehicle. Be on the watch for elephants and other wildlife. Spend the night camping under the stars. Continue on to Addo Elephant National Park, a unique wildlife area. Although famous for the Addo elephants, this park is home to a wide variety of wildlife. Embark on an afternoon wildlife safari drive (in our vehicle) in search of the resident elephants, rhinos, lions, buffalo, and even leopards. Listen to the wild sounds of Africa while enjoying a sundowner and sitting around the campfire at night.

Embark on a wildlife safari drive in search of resident elephants, rhinos, lions, buffalo, and even leopards. This national park may be most famous for elephants, the rest of its wildlife is fantastic, too.

Day 7: Addo Elephant National Park/Graaff-Reinet
Travel into the vast semi-desert of the Great Karoo and overnight in the town of Graaff-Reinet, just outside the Camdeboo National Park. Opt to hike in the Valley of Desolation for beautiful views over the surrounding area, or explore this quaint Karoo town.

470-1500ZAR per person. Take a drive to the top of the valley to experience breathtaking panoramic views of towering rock pillars crafted over 200 million years of volcanic activity. Keep an eye out for Mountain Zebra and resident Black Eagles as you drive through Camdeboo National Park.

Day 9: Lesotho
Enjoy free time in the morning for horseback riding, or mountain biking, through this beautiful mountainous country. In the afternoon hike with a local guide to discover hidden waterfalls, before watching the sun set over "The Kingdom in the Sky'.

One of the most popular hikes in Malealea, the route to Botsoela Falls takes you through varied scenery, and across small ravines, before arriving at the cascading waters. Along the way your guide will tell you all about the local culture, and history of the area.

Optional Activities:
- Pony Trekking
300-900ZAR per person. Considered one of the best ways to experience the beauty of the area, and the transport of choice for most Basotho. Sit back (but not too far) and enjoy the sites. No previous riding experience necessary.

- Mountain Biking
250-400ZAR per person. Rent a mountain bike and go deeper into the beautiful surroundings.

Day 10: Lesotho/Drakensberg
Return to South Africa and set up camp in the foothills of the mountain.

Day 11: Drakensberg
Set off on an included hike along Tugela Gorge in Royal Natal NP. Today's hike is a 1 hr drive from our camp.

Set off on a 23km (14.3 mi) hike along Tugela Gorge in Royal Natal National Park. It is touted by some as the best one-day hike in South Africa for its spectacular scenery of mountains, forest, a river, and a waterfall. Meandering along the Tugela River for 11km (6.8 mi), the path then crosses the river along some boulders and eventually leads to Tugela Falls, debatably the second highest waterfall in the world.

Day 12: Drakensberg/Saint Lucia
Travel through KwaZulu-Natal to Saint Lucia on the coast of Zululand.

Day 13: Saint Lucia
Enjoy a free day to explore. Opt to take a wildlife safari drive in Hluluwe - iMfolozi Park, go horseback riding on the beach, or join the CEO for a walk through town and out to the beach, where you can spot hippos and crocodiles in the estuary.
Take an optional boat trip on the estuary or go horseback riding on the beach. Opt to visit Hluluwe - iMfolozi Park, which is a safe haven for both the white and black rhino, as well as lions, buffalo, elephants, and leopards.

300ZAR per person. Hop on a boat and slowly cruise through the St Lucia Estuary while keeping a lookout for crocodiles, hippos, and birds.

- Cape Vidal Excursion

Day 14: Saint Lucia/Swaziland
Cross another border into Swaziland and stay in traditional beehive huts in Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary. The mountainous Kingdom of Swaziland, lead by King Mswati III, is one of three monarchies in Africa. Explore Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary, which is situated in the Swaziland’s “Valley of Heaven”, the Ezulwini Vallley. It might not always be possible to stay inside the Sanctuary due to availability.

Day 15: Swaziland/Hazyview
Continue exploring Mlilwane Sanctuary in the morning, joining your CEO on a walk to see some of the resident wildlife, then cross back into South Africa, and head to our safari camp just outside the famous Kruger National Park.
